Please note that the tire size of 10x2.5 inches refers to the size of the tire after it has been mounted on the hub, not the actual physical size of the tire. The data provided are manual measurements, and the allowable error range is 0.1-0.5 cm or 0.03-0.19 inches.

The installation process involves several steps: 1) Apply some lubricant to the rim of the wheel to reduce friction during the fitting process; 2) Soften the solid tire by boiling it in water at around 100°C for 10 minutes or heating it in a microwave for 3 minutes, checking it every minute; 3) Once softened, remove the tire and fit the rim into it, then let it cool for 5 minutes; 4) Fasten the nut and other screws, replacing the plastic cover on both sides.
